Shipping Terms
If the goods you purchased are in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 days – for non-stock goods, the delivery time is usually up to 10 days. In exceptional cases, we will contact you with an update on delivery time right after your purchase.
We are currently shipping to Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, North America and South America.
In special circumstances such as Covid-19 lockdown or any other domestic circumstance, shipments to your location might be delayed or postponed for a certain time interval. In such cases, we will inform you prior to processing your order.
As we offer a large variety of items in various dimensions, weight and shipment requirements, we do not offer a shipment cost calculation on the online shopping platform. However, we do have a logistics department in-house who will look for the best and most budget friendly shipment option from our long time logistics partners: DHL and DB Schenker.
Upon receiving your order on our website, we contact you with our shipment price offer. Depending on your specific location and circumstance, we will offer you several options to choose from such as truck delivery, air-freight, sea-freight, express delivery.
